Colors and bodies swirl as the mind has difficulty pinning down a target. You target a single visible creature, within range, and must maintain concentration for the spell to be effective. Whenever the creature attempts to cast a spell, make an attack or use a targeted ability, they need to make a Wisdom save. On failure, a new target in range is randomly selected (friend or foe, including you if you are in range). On a successful save, the creature's target does not change.

The spell ends when the caster ceases concentration or when the duration is over. So, if the creature succeeds his save, it will need to make another save next round (as long as concentration is held, and duration is still in effect).
