This is a leather bridle etched with images of running horses (or camels, or any other mount - DM choice). Using an action, you can hold the bridle out infront of you and speak a command word. If there's room for a large creature, an ordinary riding horse will manifest in the bridle wearing a riding saddle (you choose the horse's color - but it must be a standard color for a horse). The horse manifests fully fed and rested, but will need food, water and rest like any other horse as time passes. Note: The horse will not manifest with any saddlebags or barding.
At any time, while holding the reigns, the horse can be summoned back "into the bridle." Any equipment that as added to the horse (barding, saddle bags), will fall to the ground when it disappears. The horse cannot be summoned again until 24 hours have passed. If the horse is killed, its body will disappear, and can not be summoned again for 7 days.
